Four-phase method

Without a plan there is no action. Without action there is no result.

We do not sell standalone workshops. We work in 12-month cycles with four phases. The phase is the minimum unit of serious consultancy.

Diagnosis

Several weeks, depending on scope. Financial data, internal interviews, process observation. We leave with a plan, not a PDF.

Design

Definition of objectives, KPIs and levers. This is where we decide what will be done, what will be stopped and what will be delegated.

Execution

We support implementation on a fortnightly basis. We do not leave when things get difficult.

Re-optimisation

Quarterly review with re-prioritisation. What does not work is changed. What does is scaled.
