01 · 30-minute call to understand the context. No corporate presentation.
02 · If there is a fit, we request 3 documents: P&L for the last 3 years, org chart, current operating plan.
03 · We send you a brief pre-diagnosis with initial hypotheses. Free of charge. It is our calling card.
04 · If you want to proceed, a formal proposal with scope, timeline and fees. If not, you keep the pre-diagnosis.
